Privacy Policy Updates
PubScholar Group is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company’s websites and individuals who register to attend the Conferences.
Payment Methods:
Online Registration: Credit/Debit Card payments may be made using Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover through the secure online payment system on the respective conferences/webinars website.
Offline Registration: To register offline, participants/applicants must contact the respective conference/webinar manager. The manager will provide guidance on the offline registration procedure. Credit card details can only be accepted through the authorization form of our secure online system. Please quote your invoice number as a reference. Payment confirmation will be sent shortly after registration.
Onsite Registration: Payment must be made before receiving conference/webinar materials on-site or virtually. The recommended mode of payment is by cash or credit card.
Requesting an Invitation Letter:
For security purposes, a Letter of Invitation will only be sent to individuals registered for the conference.
Insurance:
Registration fees do not include insurance coverage of any kind.
Transportation:
All transportation and parking are the registrant’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
PubScholar Group reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice if necessary. The company also reserves the right to cancel or postpone any conference/webinar due to natural disasters, calamities, terrorism, or unforeseen circumstances.
Registrations remain valid for rescheduled events. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled event, a 100% credit of the paid amount will be provided for another PubScholar Group event within 18 months. Refunds are not applicable under these circumstances.
Postponement:
If PubScholar Group postpones an event for valid reasons (e.g., pandemic, natural disasters, terrorism), registrants may receive a 100% credit note valid for another PubScholar Group event within 18 months.
Transferred Registrations:
Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another person or event upon prior notice and written confirmation. Registration transfers must occur at least one month before the event.
Refund Policy (Conferences and Accommodations):
Refund requests must comply with the following schedule, with administrative fees deducted:
- 120+ days before the event: Full refund minus $150 administrative fee
- 119-90 days: 60% refund
- 89-46 days: 40% refund
- 45 days or less: Non-refundable
E-poster payments are non-refundable. Registrations with discounts are transferable but not refundable. Refunds for VISA refusals will follow the above timelines.
Webinars – Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 45 days before the webinar.
- Cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable.
Responsibility:
Delegates are responsible for their belongings. The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Anti-Spam Policy:
PubScholar Group strictly adheres to an anti-spam policy. Emails are sent only to individuals who have opted in, with an easy unsubscribe option included in all communications.
Authorization Policy:
By registering, attendees grant PubScholar Group permission to use their likeness, images, and comments for promotional purposes without compensation. Recording sessions is prohibited.
Security and Encryption:
The online registration system uses end-to-end encryption to protect users’ credit card and personal information.
Visa Information:
PubScholar Group does not contact embassies for visa requests. It is the attendee’s responsibility to gather visa-related information.
